Second Opinion

Sometimes you just want to have reassurance that the advice you have been given is the best for you and your family.  Sometimes you are concerned that the advice you have been given does not seem to meet your needs and you are concerned to accept this advice without obtaining a second opinion.  You are entitled to obtain a second opinion and we are happy to discuss your case and provide this to you and this does not mean you are committing to changing your current solicitor.

If you are already represented by a solicitor but are concerned that they are not providing a satisfactory service or are giving you inadequate advice, or are not the experts that are required for your case you are entitled to seek alternative representation. Our primary aim is to ensure we have done all that is possible for you. Please contact us.  

If you choose to instruct us we can contact your previous solicitor on your behalf in order to obtain your file of papers so that you do not have to have a difficult conversation with them should you not wish to. We aim to ensure wherever possible that the transfer process is as swift, smooth and amicable as possible.  We can also advise and assist with any transfer of Legal Aid.
